About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KVC Industries Corp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Document Solutions: Maintain a log of problems and solutions to share with other technical support analysts.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other technical support analysts and IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer systems and networks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a team-oriented environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
