We are a boutique commercial litigation firm in downtown Vancouver seeking a qualified commercial litigator to join our team. As a commercial litigation attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex corporate commercial matters and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
