About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team at Silvana Family Clothing Department Store Inc. As a key member of our Alterations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality garment alterations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fit, alter, and repair garments to meet customer specifications
  • Operate sewing machines and perform hand-sewing tasks
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in garment alterations and repair
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic security clearance and driver's license
