**Job Summary**

Great Blue Heron Charity Casino is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Slot Machine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our gaming floor operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and integrity of our slot machines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to minimize downtime and maximize player experience.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of slot machines to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless gaming floor operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming technologies and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in electronics or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a slot operations, electronics, or related area.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages and ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced shift work schedule.
  • Registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario is required.
