Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Mechanic Helper at Southwood Trucking Ltd. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics and tradespersons with various tasks, including moving equipment and tools, holding stakes during surveying activities, and signaling safety procedures.
  • Help with cleaning machines and work areas, and assist with handling heavy loads.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Organized and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Will train and learn new skills.
  • Permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
