We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Physiotherapy at Lifemark - Fall River Physiotherapy.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, coordinating scheduling and patient intake, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Coordinate scheduling and patient intake, including data entry and billing
  • Collect payment at the time of service and track coverage for all funding streams
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting
