Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle incoming sales traffic, including phone calls, internet inquiries, and in-person visits.
- Qualify prospects and arrange trade-in appraisals through the Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
- Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations.
- Turn over all sales customers to the finance office and arrange pre-owned deliveries through sales management and the finance office.
- Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and stay up-to-date on product changes and manufacturer sales, lease, and finance programs.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and review performance statistics.
- Familiarize yourself with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and clear Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
- Strong business acumen and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 2 years of pre-owned luxury dealership experience.
- Passion, motivation, focus, and leadership skills.
- Results-focused approach and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Honest, courteous, and strong work ethics.
