Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle incoming sales traffic, including phone calls, internet inquiries, and in-person visits.
  • Qualify prospects and arrange trade-in appraisals through the Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
  • Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations.
  • Turn over all sales customers to the finance office and arrange pre-owned deliveries through sales management and the finance office.
  • Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on product changes and manufacturer sales, lease, and finance programs.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and review performance statistics.
  • Familiarize yourself with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • 2 years of pre-owned luxury dealership experience.
