Job Title: Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Supervisor to join our team at Perfect Auto & Window Glass Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, including windows, doors, and mirrors.
  • Ensure that all installations meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. The position requires the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
