Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Wellness Home Healthcare Services.

Job Summary:

The Family Caregiver will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities, stimulating their minds and spirits.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring timely interventions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks.
  • Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability essential.
Work Environment:

Our Family Caregivers work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
