Position Overview

As a Flexibility Enhancement Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering branded Dynamic Stretch sessions to clients, helping them reach their flexibility and mobility aspirations. Your role will include mentoring fellow mobility coaches, overseeing their training and performance to uphold the highest standards of service. This position demands exceptional interpersonal abilities, comprehensive knowledge of stretching methodologies, and a dedication to the overarching Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stretching Sessions: Conduct individualized stretch sessions with clients, employing a range of stretching techniques to boost flexibility, alleviate muscle tension, and enhance overall range of motion.
  • Client Assessment: Execute detailed initial evaluations of clients to identify their flexibility, mobility, and stretching requirements. Develop customized stretching programs that cater to personal objectives and physical conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a group of mobility coaches, offering direction and training to ensure they provide effective stretching sessions that meet the organization's standards.
  • Educational Outreach: Inform the entire Life Time team about various recovery therapies and techniques to enrich the overall client experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in all mandatory training associated with the role through reading, viewing, and participation.
  • Recovery Space Maintenance: Uphold a high-quality recovery environment that appeals to all senses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Understanding of recovery techniques and therapies
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and psychology
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Certified Pilates Trainer
  • CPR and AED Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in Exercise Science or a related field
  • External Stretching Certification
