Position Overview:
TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of primary care services and structures, contributing to significant healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will report to the Primary Care Strategy lead and will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop plans and activities that advance healthcare initiatives.
  • Engaging with stakeholders through:
    • Facilitating workshops and sessions with healthcare staff and partners.
    • Gathering requirements effectively.
    • Mapping processes to identify improvements.
    • Conducting analyses and reporting on current and future operational states, including options assessments.
  • Evaluating the feasibility, impact, effectiveness, and cost-benefit of proposed initiatives.
  • Preparing documentation and business cases for potential procurement and budget considerations.
  • Participating in some travel within the province as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Primary Care, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex projects that involve significant transformational changes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills, particularly in leading large workshops and gathering requirements.
  • Excellent writing abilities, with experience in drafting business cases, reports, and strategic plans.
  • Adept at bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Care tools and technologies is a plus.
