  • Break-Fix Support: Provide Level 2 support for server and network printer issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
  • Advanced Technical Interventions: Conduct in-depth technical investigations and root cause analysis for complex incidents involving network infrastructure, SAN/NAS devices, data backups, and email systems (Level 3 support).
  • Microsoft Active Directory Expertise: Leverage scripting functions within Microsoft Active Directory to optimize customer environments and enhance system efficiency.
  • Documentation & Runbooks: Meticulously document client IT environments and create comprehensive runbooks for efficient service delivery.
  • Incident Management: Manage service incidents requiring escalation and on-site intervention, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ticketing System Updates: Maintain accurate records by promptly updating the ticketing system after each intervention.
  • Security & Functionality: Guarantee system functionality and maintain robust information security measures to protect client data.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients during service interventions, providing clear explanations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and actively participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of PC and print environments, Microsoft Windows, and business applications
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, wireless appliances, data backup, and remote management tools
  • Familiarity with firewall concepts, switch configurations, and NAS/SAN devices
  • CompTIA certifications required
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
