Production TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production equipment, including fillers and other machinery used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and GMP guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum two years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address minor equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and operate lifting devices such as drum lifters and pallet trucks.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
