Position Overview:
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to healthcare professionals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions effectively.
- Implement proven sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Strategically plan and manage your sales territory to maximize results.
- Engage professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for your designated territory.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions and maintain a positive company image.
- Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in health sciences or business is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or related sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and fluent English is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with target demographics is advantageous.
- Experience in pharmacy sales is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager for Quebec.
