Position Overview:

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to healthcare professionals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Implement proven sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategically plan and manage your sales territory to maximize results.
  • Engage professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for your designated territory.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions and maintain a positive company image.
  • Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as required.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in health sciences or business is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or related sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and fluent English is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with target demographics is advantageous.
  • Experience in pharmacy sales is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager for Quebec.
