Additionally, you'll supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, schedule staff, and organize and maintain inventory. If you have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality baked goods, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
* Schedule staff
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

**Work Environment:**

* 3-4 people on the team
* 40 hours per week
