Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: Training will be provided
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items to designated areas and prepare dining tables
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units
  • Assist in loading buspans and trays for service
  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Organize and store dishes in appropriate storage areas
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
  • Scrub pots and pans to maintain cleanliness
  • Utilize both manual and electrical tools for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash responsibly
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting
