About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account management, loan applications, and investment advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
