Job Summary

Ron's Auto Service Ltd is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Goods: Ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Operate and Drive Trucks: Safely operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
  • Tarping and Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo by properly tarping and securing loads.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Air Brakes Endorsement: Possess a valid Air Brakes Endorsement to operate heavy vehicles.
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence: Hold a valid Class 3/3F/DF Licence to operate trailer trucks and vehicles with more than 3 axles.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions and temperatures.
  • Physical Demands: Possess the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
