Vegreville Bottle Depot Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team at Vegreville Bottle Depot. As a Bottle Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish work objectives, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work Coordination and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that materials are readily available.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Personal Suitability: Possess initiative, judgement, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Work Term and Language: Work on a permanent basis, with English as the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: Work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the depot.
