We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Journeyperson Technician to join our team at True Mechanical, the largest and most rapidly growing plumbing and mechanical contractor in Western Canada.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced HVAC professional to work on a wide range of commercial, institutional, and residential projects. As an HVAC Journeyperson Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and disciplines to ensure successful project completion
  • Manage and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in construction and/or plumbing
  • Red Seal Certification in HVAC
  • Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and supervise junior technicians and apprentices
