Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced plumbing wholesale environment, interacting with customers, processing phone orders, and responding to quotations.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Contribute to in-store product replenishment, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge expertise, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a proactive culture, supporting teammates and customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive key financial levers, analyzing profit and loss statements to inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, leveraging individual strengths to achieve collective success.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in plumbing or wholesale distribution is required.
  • A college or university degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • A strong work ethic and high standard of integrity.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
