Our programs include afterschool activities, evening classes, camps, birthday celebrations, and special events that provide engaging engineering challenges tailored for young minds.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage materials for classes
  • Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing for programs
  • Encourage student participation by facilitating warm-up activities and providing individual support
  • Deliver high-quality instruction during Engineering For Kids programs
  • Ensure the smooth operation of classes by monitoring student assessments, managing supplies, and aiding in demonstrations
  • Tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students
  • Continuously seek to enhance teaching methods through self-reflection and feedback
  • Take initiative in pursuing additional training and educational opportunities within Engineering For Kids
Primary Duties:
  • Support Engineering For Kids classes with professionalism
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor towards students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adhere to the policies of the franchise, including safety protocols and dress standards
