Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management

Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, including middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.

Client Communication

Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction.

Financial Management

Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

Policy Development

Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

On the road job, with a 30-hour workweek.

Language

English language proficiency.
