Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, directing them to the appropriate person or area, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Process and manage paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
The Receptionist will work in a general office environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Receptionist will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as required.
