Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated Team Members to be part of our operations. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor and play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, quality beverages, and delicious food products, all while maintaining a welcoming and tidy environment.

This position is part of a union with SEIU Local 2 and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality beverages, food items, and whole bean products consistently by following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Prepare made-to-order food selections for our guests.
  • Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure a secure environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to support operational needs.
  • Perform light cash handling tasks, including processing transactions and managing cash registers.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, managing waste effectively.
  • Be open to performing additional duties as required.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage sector.
  • Previous experience with a Tim Horton's franchise is advantageous.
  • Certification in Serve Safe and First Aid is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
