Job Description

Reporting to the UI Lead, this role requires a passionate individual who thrives on creating brilliant designs and frictionless user experiences. You possess a superb aesthetic sense and a knack for uncovering simple solutions to complex problems. A keen interest in current web and online trends is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, creative teams, and clients to design engaging digital experiences across various platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and microsites.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (including client partners) to design and implement UI kits, design systems, and pattern libraries.
  • Act as a key client contact, leading projects across diverse clients.
  • Transform complex and ambiguous ideas into elegant design solutions.
  • Contribute to user research and integrate findings into your designs.
  • Partner with UX Design to establish new workflows and enhance the overall design process.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience crafting innovative and visually stunning user experiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, accurately estimate projects, and work seamlessly with project management teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Strong understanding of UX practices, including sitemaps, personas, consumer research, and wireframes.
  • Passion for accessible design, with a firm grasp of the latest accessibility standards.
  • Degree in visual design or interaction design (or equivalent).
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing successful innovative design solutions across diverse styles.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of component-based design.
  • Experience utilizing dedicated prototyping tools (Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, Origami).
  • Ability to create final graphic assets for seamless design implementation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, scheduling, collaboration skills, and a commitment to maintaining impeccable organization.
