Job Title: Bookkeeper

Ryna Accounting & Services is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and work term: permanent.
