ROLE OVERVIEW
- Greet, inform, guide, and assist visitors regarding the various activities, services, and products available.
- Process sales of convenience store and nature shop items, manage access permits, collect payments, and prepare financial deposits.
- Oversee equipment rentals, along with the sales and reservations for accommodations and activities.
- Respond to customer feedback and relay important information to your supervisor.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of high school or equivalent is necessary
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Familiarity with the park and outdoor activities is advantageous
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
