ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Greet, inform, guide, and assist visitors regarding the various activities, services, and products available.
  • Process sales of convenience store and nature shop items, manage access permits, collect payments, and prepare financial deposits.
  • Oversee equipment rentals, along with the sales and reservations for accommodations and activities.
  • Respond to customer feedback and relay important information to your supervisor.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of high school or equivalent is necessary
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with the park and outdoor activities is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
