We are currently looking for a motivated Client Service Assistant - Benefits Consulting to become a vital part of our team.

In the role of Client Service Assistant - Benefits Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting the Benefits team to uphold exceptional service standards for our clientele.

  • Daily review and updates of the database dashboard
  • Accurate maintenance of client files and documentation
  • Preparation of benefit summaries for clients
  • Assistance with plan implementations and renewals
  • Collaboration with insurers, clients, and team members

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, a solid understanding of Group Benefits, proficiency in MS Office, be bilingual in French and English, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
