Key Responsibilities- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to provide a pleasant dining experience.
- Storage Management: Organize and store dishes appropriately in designated areas.
- Food Packaging: Prepare take-out orders by portioning and wrapping food items securely.
- Customer Service: Assist customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring their needs are met.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen garbage and trash to uphold hygiene standards.
- Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives as needed to ensure safety and efficiency.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Qualifications- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
