Position Overview

We are looking for a BOP Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in electrical systems maintenance. As a key member of our Maintenance Engineering team, you will oversee maintenance operations related to Balance of Plant (BOP) components, including high, medium, and low-voltage systems. Your responsibilities will include standardizing maintenance scopes, executing maintenance activities, planning outages, and supporting compliance initiatives. Furthermore, you will engage in Capex projects and enhance the overall efficiency of our maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine outage scopes for substations and coordinate planning with operational teams
  • Create both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies for electrical systems
  • Examine single point failures and propose spare parts strategies
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards and protocols
  • Assist in maintenance data analysis and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project execution
  • Lead maintenance teams and service providers
  • Support the deployment of maintenance systems for data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to project planning and quality assurance initiatives
  • Comply with safety and regulatory standards at all times
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance
  • Technical qualifications in the electrical domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in power generation, preferably in renewable energy
  • Willingness to travel as required
