Job Title: VP Executive Support Specialist

At NAES Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled VP Executive Support Specialist to lead our gas turbine technology development and optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for gas turbine technology, including innovation, development, and optimization.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical specialists in designing, testing, and improving gas turbine systems, components, and related technologies.
  • Oversee the research and development of advanced materials, combustion systems, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical integrity of gas turbines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance gas turbine efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards in gas turbine technology development and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of team leadership or management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical innovation with business goals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives, clients, and industry forums.
