About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Kanwaldeep S Ghuman Professional Accounting Corporation. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, and reliable.
