Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Jodha Transport Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials to various locations, following established routes and schedules.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and address any issues promptly.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics: Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, using computer equipment and GPS devices as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of transportation logistics and safety protocols.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including on-call and permanent positions.
