Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns through mowing, aerating, top dressing, and fertilizing.
  • Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including mowers and line trimmers.
  • Trim and prune hedges, shrubs, and trees to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Install and maintain softscapes, including plants and other decorative elements.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on residential and strata grounds, including cleaning and repairing outdoor features.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Valid driver's license (asset).
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme weather.
