Summary of Responsibilities:

We are in search of a proactive and talented Logistics Coordinator to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English, adept at working in high-pressure environments, and skilled in stress management. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management of inventory for incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring precise and timely updates to the inventory system.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Supervise and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Guarantee accurate inventory documentation and prompt updates in the system.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to sustain optimal inventory levels.
  • Operational Duties:
    • Participate in daily meetings with the sales team to discuss past shipments, current activities, and future shipments.
    • Communicate efficiently with management and team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Accurately and efficiently enter product data into the inventory system.
    • Utilize Excel for effective data management and reporting.
  • Team Engagement:
    • Collaborate closely with management and team members to achieve shared objectives.
    • Encourage a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
  • Leadership and Proactivity:
    • Exhibit strong leadership traits and take initiative in addressing challenges.
    • Identify and implement process enhancements proactively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
