Requirements:
  • Valid NS License
  • Acute care experience, particularly in cardiovascular, thoracic, and general medical patients
  • Emergency Room trained
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • Obstetrics
  • Pediatrics
  • IV initiation and IV medication administration
  • CTAS experience (The Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale)
  • TNCC The Trauma Nursing Core Course
  • ICU
  • Acute MU
  • Med/Surg
  • Surgical Unit
  • ER
  • Trauma
