Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Entertainment Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe theatre environment.
  • Assist with daily operations, including ticket sales, concessions, and theatre maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work in a fully licensed theatre environment (Smart Serve Certification an asset).
