- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.
- Travel to various locations to perform maintenance and repairs, utilizing company-provided transportation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Minimum class G valid Ontario Driver's license with a satisfactory 3-year driving abstract.
- Basic set of hand tools, with a willingness to invest in additional tools as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn through hands-on experience and theoretical instruction.
