Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Architect to lead our technical team in exploring the best deployment solutions and evolution for wireless communication software on pre-6G cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical team to design and implement software architecture for wireless access systems, adapting to edge-cloud technologies and cloud containerization scenarios (K8s).
  • Architecture Design: Design architecture solutions to optimize task scheduling on the control plane and maximize data transmission performance on the user plane.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and solve performance issues and architectural challenges that limit Radio Access Network on the cloud platform.
  • Cloud-Native Systems: Take the lead in selecting cloud-native systems suitable for pre-6G wireless networks, including containers, tools, and hardware platforms.
  • Technology Landscape: Explore, analyze, and define the technology landscape, trends, and frontiers in Cloud operation and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Highly skilled in C/C++ programming language with expertise in design patterns and software design principles.
  • Commercialization: Expertise in commercializing products using software architecture patterns/design patterns.
  • System Development: Expertise in developing and optimizing high complexity, large-scale systems.
  • Component Design: Familiar with component design and microservice architecture.
  • Distributed Systems: Experience in design and implement distributed and parallel computing processing is an asset.
  • Parallel Processing: Knowledgeable in parallel processing architecture and implementation of distributed systems, modern heterogeneous parallel computing architecture and programming is an asset.
  • Cloud Native Platform: Knowledgeable in IT protocol stack of the cloud native platform and design of accelerator such as DPDK and QAT is an asset.
