Job Overview:
beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Accountant to process and manage insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Analyze and review claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies, including compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
