About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Cellular Point. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Manage financial relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls to minimize exposure
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
