Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Project Lead to oversee and guide clinical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Clinical Project Lead or CI Leader.
- Expertise in Transfusion Medicine workflows for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Familiarity with the Canadian Health Care System is essential.
- Understanding of BC/Canadian TML requirements is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, including informatics specialists and business analysts, while collaborating with EHR Build teams.
- Experience in leading EHR design and implementation projects, including:
- Identifying, mitigating, and managing project-level risks and issues.
- Documenting and reporting project status in accordance with governance processes.
- Strong written communication skills, including proficiency in creating SBARs, Briefing Notes, Governance Decision Tickets, and Project Status Updates.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of MS Project for effective project management, including resource allocation and management.
- Ability to facilitate project team scrums to track and manage deliverables and escalations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Strong capability in organizing personal and team deliverables to ensure project timelines are met.
- Proven track record of leading projects from design through to successful implementation.
