Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) specialist to join our team at TPI Machine Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs, as well as designing plant layouts and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct safety training programs to educate employees on proper procedures and protocols
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business decisions
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
