About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Small Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 light duty cleaners and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
