Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized program plans for students with special needs
  • Lead and manage Educational Assistants in their support roles
  • Liaise and work with district FMPSD Education Department, Coordinators, and Consultants
  • Establish productive relationships with staff and parents
  • Commit to continuous professional growth and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education - Elementary
  • Knowledge of primary curriculum and teaching experience at those levels/subject areas
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and classroom management skills
