Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Software Engineer to facilitate connections between Unreal Engine users across various sectors and our development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-oriented mindset and extensive experience in deploying real-time applications on mobile platforms.
- Offer programming expertise to Unreal Engine licensees as they tackle complex challenges.
- Develop well-documented and optimized code for enhancements and fixes.
- Analyze and debug both minor and major development issues, including bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with clients and technical partners from diverse industries to ensure that future Unreal Engine releases align with their requirements.
- Lead the creation of knowledge-sharing resources, such as presentations, whitepapers, tutorials, and articles.
- Mentor and guide team members in their professional growth.
- Extensive experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded applications.
- Proficiency in C++ is essential; familiarity with Java and Objective C is advantageous.
- A solid understanding of real-time applications, 3D mathematics, data structures, and algorithms.
- Professional background in launching titles for mobile platforms, including Android and iOS.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
- A creative thinker with a passion for supporting fellow developers.
- Self-driven individual who takes initiative in managing technical relationships and improving processes.
- Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Experience in launching mobile titles is a plus.
- Expertise in Android or Apple ecosystems is a plus.
