Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Engineer to join our team at Streem Link Communications. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise for both pre-sales and post-sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy communications application infrastructure for various products and service areas, including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Microsoft, Meru, Extreme, Juniper, and IC Contact Center.
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to resolve technical and political issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, managing difficult communication situations while responding promptly to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in deployment and architecture of communications application infrastructure.
  • Manufacturer certifications required.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
