We are in search of a proficient Client Processing Specialist to enhance our vibrant team in Canada, working in a Hybrid environment.

In this capacity, you will contribute significantly in the following areas:

  • Utilize your expertise and judgment to provide exceptional client service and support, managing a variety of responsibilities such as issue resolution, transaction management, reconciliations, and more, all with a commitment to quality.
  • Execute operational duties associated with client accounts or organizational records, which includes handling exceptions and analyzing data.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in client accounts and perform independent analyses as necessary.
  • Oversee reconciliations, ensuring precision and effectively compiling required data.

To thrive in this position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is advantageous, with relevant work experience being beneficial.
