Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account special diets and care plans.
  • Provide companionship and social support to patients, helping to enhance their quality of life.
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients.
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of patients.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the community.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from patient residences.
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen.
